The acclaimed production of Il trovatore returns to the Teatro Real (2019), directed by Francisco Negrín. This opera is one of the most popular titles in the entire operatic repertoire, with its action set in Biscay and Aragon. Starring in this opera from Verdi's popular trilogy—alongside Rigoletto and La traviata—are the voices of Artur Ruciński, Marina Rebeka, Saioa Hernández, Anna Netrebko, and Anita Rachvelishvili, who makes her debut at the Teatro Real, among other artists.
